A procedural detail of the event has been given below for a better understanding.

Salient Features

We are looking forward to old family recipes or new and imaginative fusion ones Up to three recipes are permitted from each entry. Participants have to e-mail their entries and recipes to banglachef2021@gmail.com Participant name, dish name and photograph of food(final presentation), own photograph with final presentation, photograph during cooking in JPG format. They must also enclose a copy of a government-issued photo ID. Once received we will revert back to the participant.

Recipes must accompany the entry form – Judges will compare the product (in the picture) with the recipe. Initial judgement will be done on 100 points.

(i). A high-resolution picture of the dish with accompaniments = 50

(ii). Recipe 25 + Recipe Analysis 15 + Presentation
(creativity/plating) 10 = 50
**Points will be deducted for late entries.

(iii). Your email needs to reach us along with 1 copy of the recipe and the picture within 7 days of registration.

Note: In all matters of dispute, the judges’ decision is final

Each participant can enter maximum of 3 recipes in the competition.

The cost for entering the competition is as follows:

(i). India :Rs 500 per recipe submitted

(ii). Bangladesh: BDT 600 per recipe submitted

(iii). Other countries: $10 per recipe submitted

All participants shall receive a certificate of participation from International Bangla Home Chef 2021.

*Both men and women can participate in the competition.
*There is no age restriction.
*This competition is not for professionals.

ইন্টারন্যাশনাল বাংলা হোম শেফ ২০২১ প্রতিযোগিতাটি আরও ভালো করে বোঝার জন্য অনুষ্ঠান/ইভেন্টির একটি পদ্ধতিগত বিবরণ নীচে দেওয়া হল।

নিয়মাবলী

প্রিয় প্রতিযোগী, আমরা ট্রেডিশনাল রেসিপি বা নতুন ইনোভেটিভ এবং ফিউশন রেসিপির অপেক্ষায় রয়েছি। প্রতিটি এন্ট্রি থেকে তিনটি পর্যন্ত রেসিপি অনুমোদিত হবে। অংশগ্রহণকারীরা তাদের এন্ট্রি এবং রেসিপি অথবা রেসিপিগুলি banglachef2021@gmail.com এ ইমেল করতে হবে। অংশগ্রহণকারীর তার নিজের নাম, ডিশের নাম এবং খাবারের ফটোগ্রাফ, ফাইনাল প্রেজেন্টেশন সহ নিজের ফটোগ্রাফ, রান্নার সময়কালীন ফটোগ্রাফ JPG ফরম্যাটে attache করতে হবে। তাদের অবশ্যই সরকারি ফটো আইডির একটি অনুলিপি বা স্ক্যান মেইল করতে হবে। আলোচিত তথ্যগুলো একবার পেয়ে গেলে অংশগ্রহণকারীরা আমাদের তরফ থেকে রিপ্লাই পাবেন।

রেসিপিগুলি অবশ্যই এন্ট্রি ফর্মের সাথে থাকতে হবে – বিচারকরা ফটোগ্রাফের সাথে রেসিপিটির তুলনা করবেন। প্রাথমিকভাবে বিচার ১০০ পয়েন্টে হবে।

(১) আপনার ডিশের একটি হাই-রেজোলিউশন ছবি ৫০
(২) রেসিপি ২৫ + রেসিপি বিশ্লেষণ ১৫ + উপস্থাপনা (প্লেটিং) ১০ = ৫০
*দেরীতে প্রবেশের জন্য পয়েন্টগুলি কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
(৩) আপনার রেসিপির কপি ছবি সহ আমাদেরকে ইমেইল করতে হবে রেজিস্ট্রেশনের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে।

দ্রষ্টব্য: বিচারকদের সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত
প্রত্যেক প্রতিযোগী/অংশগ্রহণকারী প্রতিযোগিতায় সর্বাধিক ৩টি রেসিপি এন্ট্রি করতে পারবেন।
প্রতিযোগিতার এন্ট্রি ফি:
(১) ভারত: রেসিপি প্রতি INR ৫০০ টাকা।
(২) বাংলাদেশ: রেসিপি প্রতি BDT ৬০০ টাকা।
(৩) অন্যান্য দেশের ক্ষেত্রে: রেসিপি প্রতি USD ১০ ডলার।

সমস্ত অংশগ্রহণকারীরা ইন্টারন্যাশনাল বাংলা হোম শেফ ২০২১ প্রতিযোগিতার অংশগ্রহণের শংসাপত্র (Participation Certificate) পাবেন।

*পুরুষ ও মহিলা উভয়ই এই প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেন।
*বয়সের কোনও সীমাবদ্ধতা নেই।
*এই প্রতিযোগিতা পেশাদারদের জন্য নয়।
